We also cannot be responsible for physical defects in tickets submitted by mail for custom-printed products.

If you are not satisfied with any product, please notify Customer Service within 10 days of receiving your order and we will contact you in regards to the product in question. Any returns, exchanges or refunds may not include the processing and shipping costs.
